I just want to add my thought and to be the more objective i can...Toro is by far the best TD i ever had...this is why i only boughr from him in the past. Very quick to reply, helpful, and cool when you need to change the watch model before shipping. He provided me also some good help when i need some special parts ! So, if you're looking for a very good seller, he's the man, and you will be satisfied 99% of the time. Here we have a very special situation, and even Toro is not used to treat such a problem. So it follows an unsual problem which is hard to solve for the both parts. But, this is my story, and there is no need to a aggravate the situation; this is my concern, and this will find a end even if its laborious.

On monday morning, I sent him 4 pictures of the package i sent back to him with the Photo of the post office receipt and the link to the tracking......!!! The package is currently on route ! I can't tell if Toro is better or not than the othet TD because as its been a while i bought from him without a single issue...until now, until i meet a problem with a watch. According to me, it's always the same nightmare when you receive a watch with some big flaws or with a dead movement. You contact the TD, then he asks you to take some pics of the flaws...to finally tell you that this might be your fault or «are you sure to wind the crown perfectly », or «the watch was perfect before before shipping» Then he ask you to return the watch to China and to wait something like 2 months before it get sorted. No, i think that once you have a after sale service problem, the seller appears to be of bad faith, and i am getting tired sometimes with that. I always wondered if i was talking to the same guy(TD) between the first who sold me the watch, and the guy i contacted to report a problem i noticed on the watch... it's the same person of course, but the behavior becomes strange and very different from the reply you get when all is OK Fortunately, i was lucky enough this time and i cross my fingers to keep this next watch for a long time.

Yes, we should have a happy end but this wasn't easy from the begining ; i have been concerned that Toro thought i wanted to scam him.... That is good to find a common ground I will ship him back the watch to spain then Toro will get a new one for me, end of story !

Really don't know what happened after u received , it can be u dropped it on the floor or this can be during the shipment . But what we do , should be honest at all tell the truth . Am I right ? I have attached the pic from u and from us , I think it is very clean and I also can post these pics to forums show to all the members too . I can buy a new case set from factory , that is not a problem . But I think this is not 100% responsibility on ourside , am I right ? Just relax and we are sort the problem with u , not making trouble with u . What I want know it is the really truth and real history . Because this is really my 1st time happened like this . Right, we are talking here about the case, something that the TD can see when checking the watch...If he checks of course ! It's like he sent you the watch with a broken glass, and you can't catch it on the QC due to the lighting reflection. Movements issues are differents, the TD doesn't live into the watch, so he has no control on it PS: This watch is a PAM360 Hfac, a pure beauty !

Seams that the TD is not honest with me and this will be hard this time; i took a picture of the watch back and to show i couldn't saw it on the QC ! The dent is on the lug at 5, and you can't to see on this picture, but the TD is telling me he can see the dent ! Haha, this not the answer i was waiting for Tis is my concern Mike !

Hi everyone ! I received my PAM360 today but unfortunatly iwhen checking it i noticed there was a ding at the lugs...First time it happens, i don't know what to do with my TD Could you live with that on a new watch ? The TD told me to send back the watch, but hey, we all know it's not so easy !

Unfortunatly Elias told me today he can't provide this buckle anymore...and these aliexpress buckles are cheap Still looking...i have a nice vintage light brown strap ready for a pam360, but damn, i just want a nice pre v pvd buckle. So this guy from Homage Forum was able to cut the sew in buckle at the middle and to install it, so this can be an option for me !
