  1. you might have the pic from the 2007 version...maybe?? i just gooled "corum admirals cup" and found a bunch of pics. maybe the rep is from the 2006 version or vice versa. the rep is almost perfect from everything ive seen. still trying to find a better price before i take the plunge.
  2. just to clarify, the gen also has the font on the rep. BUt the datewheel on the blue version should be blue, but on the rep its black. thats the only real mistake i see so far, but you should be good if you get the black one.
  3. totally agree!! 99.9% of the world will have no clue. in fact, the more i look at your brushed bezel the more i like it. if i were to buy the black magic i think i would get the brushed bezel. nice pics and beautiful watch....i am also a big fan of the big bang.
  4. hublot made a smaller version, which is 41mm and has the running seconds at 3. i was not trying to say anything bad about your watch my friend...i think it looks great, but i just wanted say that the gen does in fact have the polished bezel. hublot makes alot of different versions so there might be a brushed bezel as well. again, yours looks great..congrats.
  5. i can confirm the navi world does NOT have any AR. if there is light AR you can usually see some tint of blue when light hits it. if the glare is all white then there isnt any AR. hopefully that helps.
  6. what an amzing review and pictorial!! i feel so much better about buying my bentley big date now that i have read this. thanks for all the info on this mvmvt and the 7750 with running seconds at 9. you are a great asset to this community.
  7. hey!!! where did you get that pic?? thats my pic/watch. nice watch though isnt it ....cant beat it for $385. and by the way...as stated before the POLISHED is the correct bezel for the black magic....although the brushed looks great too. congrats!! pics of the genuine black magic with polished bezel... untitled.bmp
  8. the only thing i saw wrong with it so far is that on the blue version the datewheel should also be blue. im going to get the black one anyway so that shouldnt be a problem.
  9. dont quote me on this, but the bezel looks to be pvd as opposed to ceramic. any opinions?? sure looks good though. hopefully i wont have to get a second mortgage to buy it. http://www.perfectclones88.com/0035-p-3400.html
  10. our buddy is back again with yet another review of a breitling. pretty soon he will have a bigger collection than most of us. once again, he is praising how good the rep is....pretty funny take a look. http://youtube.com/watch?v=ku3mDX9XgXM
  11. im definitely ordering one as well. dani, do you have any idea of the price for this one?
  12. with all the $ you are thinking about spending on this rep you might as well just buy the real thing. i just sold mine for $1200 a couple months ago and they are on ebay all the time for around $1200-$1500.
  13. it looks pretty good at a quick glance...lets hope its in the $250-$300 price range. i dont think it should be more than $300. i think this is the one that Joe Hachem was wearing at the 2007 World series of poker.
  14. did anybody see the new corum's on kings site?? looks pretty good. i think this one is pretty big...48mm wide and 18mm thick!! with AR!! heres some pics from her site...
  15. so are you ONLY taking the first 20? or did you need to get atleast 20 and anything over 20 will also be accepted? if possible like i said before im in for 2.
  16. the OLD asian 7750 with the low beat mvmt is known for having problems. it has been said here many times that the NEW asian 7750 is a very reliable mvmt...especially with the 6-9-12 layout. also, i dont know where you heard about the bad ar coating...the ar on mine is great!! the biggest problem i know of is the day/date alignment and the dust under the crystal. when you purchase just make sure the dealer checks to make sure day/date alignment is centered and there is no dust under the crystal. hopefully that helps.
  17. awesome pic. im a fan of AP as well. i have the the ap roo - blue dial with white subs.
  18. anybody know when the crystals are needed by? i have to first check with my watchmith to see if he can take the crystals out.
  19. whata great choice!! i been tempted by this watch on many occasions, but have yet to buy it. there are many variations of this model as well. yours looks great...congrats!!! it has AR correct?
  20. i had scratches on the AR on my breitling big date, which had single coated AR on the outer part of the crystal and all i did was use soap and water with a brissel pad and it came right off. i was kinda surprised, but it did work.
  21. awesome find steve!!! im glad we possibly found something here in the US. i really dont care about the green tint....im definitely in if i could only find somebody who could take out the crystal. by the way im in PA...outside philly. i see youre in NJ, close to philly? any idea of pricing per crystal?
  22. looks great!! i have the ss hbb and the ceramic/ss version. love em both.
  23. awesome job!! cant wait for the final result....good luck with everything.
  24. if you are patient and you want to get the cheapest i would suggest "ruby" she sells them for around $385 shipped, but you have to wait for her to order them from the factory. she inspects the watch before shipping and even emails you a pic of the actual watch before shipping. if you are VERY patient i would suggest to post a "wanted" ad either here or RWI and see if you can buy one used. i just bought one used with perfect day/date alignment for $295. also, when buying used it will be shipped from the US...most of the time. im in PA by the way.
