great pics and very nice breitling!! be very very careful with the AR coating....this is known to be very delicate on this watch for some reason.

very nice combo you got there. those gen straps with deplyants are very expensive!! for what you spent you might have been able to get a gen for a little more. regardless it looks good congrats.

same exact thing happened to mine. it looked so bad after only a couple hours i had to remove the AR. it came off with soap and water!!!!

had to tear down another bce.

like many of you out there i have an older version bce. love the watch, but i hated the black hands. a member of repgeek was kind enough to help me out with a couple mods. since i only know how to buy these watches i need help for the simplest mods. modifications done: -double AR coated crystal -more accurate datefont -silver hands (makes a huge difference)

with what i just read is it safe to say this.... the dealers are selling copies of the eta mvmt as a real "eta" movement??

because you cant put the bracelet back on at an angle. you have to line up the bracelet straight and push the springbar in while pushing the bracelet in. its really not that bad...give it a try...im sure you will be able to figure it out.

this should help.... and yes putting the bracelet back on is a pain in the ass. but after you do it a couple times its pretty simple.

ya thats a bummer. dont know what they were thinking when everybody is used to having double AR on the bce.

gen buckle/strap. i hope they rep the new buckles breitling recently came out with, but i highly doubt it.

heres my swiss fish on gen black calf. new raised wings logo on the buckle.

wow that looks great!! congrats on the new piece lanikai. in the description it says that there is AR coating....how is the AR on yours?

as far as i know the rep is the same size as the gen. they stated that the rep bce was also 42.5, but was in fact 43.7 like the gen.

no need to get bitter about what i said. you asked why i just gave my opinion on why i think these werent made. people can choose what they want to buy i just thought it had to do with the demand...could be something totally differnet for all i know.

dont do it...buy it from a dealer here for around $60. he is selling the exact same thing that we can get here.

looks like hes selling alot of fake straps. breitling never made a white rubber strap...also his prices are way too low for it to be real. the genuine deployant clasp for breitling alone sells for $250.....just the clasp!!
