  1. Well, my aquaracer is delivered today. Very nice piece... Only 3weeks from payment till delivery. I have to remove some pieces from the bracelet, after that I will take some pics
  2. Yes, thanks. I had found a way to contact Sead by this forum. Waiting for paiment instrictions at the moment, so i hope he can ship the watch before the chinese new year. I ve decided to go for the white one, having two black dial watches allready. Usually i am not a fan of diving watches, I love the pilot watches like IWC. But this one.... Really nice! Dutchman
  3. Hi, Great review and nice watch. Do you have a link to the supermirrors website? I ve tried to search here and at google. No results. Kind regards, Dutchman.
  4. Hi, I have the 1:1 V2 with a2892, the lugwidth is 20mm
  5. Hey, Iam having the same watch. My hands are as white as the markers on the dial. Except after walking from outdoor (daylight) to indoor. Than the hands are a off coloured because of the luming. I found the hands are better lumed than the markers on the dial, how are yours? The AR on my watch isn't the best you can find, but it is oke for me.
  6. Oke, today I have made the first mod . The case between the lugs was a little roughly finished, that was disturbing to me... So ik took of the strap and polished the case on these places, first with waterproof sandpaper 2000 and after that a ltlle polish with belgom. Just not to shiny, because the case is with a brushed finish. Pics are folowing, unfortunately I don't have pics from before the polishing.Further looking for a better looking strap with a folding clasp, I think I find one. Waiting for pics from the seller, so I can decide to take it or not. Further I want to lume the 12,3,6 and 9 o'clock markers, they are way less lumed than the hands. And I have to figure out if the datewheel is originally more shiny than the dial, otherways I have to find find a way to give it a more matte finish like the dial. Somebody knows anybody in the Netherlands who can help me with these mods?
  7. I think there are no stores in the netherlands for replica watches . It's legal to smoke weed, but it's forbidden to sell the nice watches you find here!
  8. Thank you all, great forum with people from all over the world!
  9. You are right. Its not a Spitfire. I bought the watch not in a store, the guy I bought from had the watch from torrobravo or something like that. The watch was to small in his opinion, so I could buy this watch for a good price.
  10. Working on that guys, trying imageshack right now
  11. Just a couple of days ago I subscribed myself on this forum. Today I saw a nice Spitfire XVII v2 on a dutch trade site. I drove to Amsterdam, fitted the watch on my wrest and took it home. It seems a very nice watch to me, nice and sharp dial and a smooth movement. I am glad I bought it!
  12. Hey, I am looking for the same watch. Only other colours. I Have some questions about this watch. First the crystal, is it flat or curved? I've had some cheap reps in the past with curved crystal, and when you looked from the side you could'nt read the dial due to strange rings in the crystal. That was a reason for me to put them away... Second is the movement, I guess you have the Miyota 8215. Does it run smooth? I hope you can answer these questions. Regards, Dutchman
  13. Thanks, started reading already in some of that links
  14. Anyway, I will ask the TD what he recommends. I think he ship more watches to NL...
  15. Damn bad English :'). Three hours of sleep isn't enough haha
  16. Great to see other dutchies here . Thanks for welcoming me here. I an thinking about ordering a Omega Aqua Terra, first going to read about that whats here. By wich company are you other dutchies shipping mostly? The TD I want to order offers me shipment by EMS and DHL. I was reading in an other topic that the customs are mostly checking the EMS packages? I think I will feel really bad if I get a fine, and never receive a €300.- watch .
  17. Hello, Iam Dutchman. From the Netherlands of course. Sinse I bought my first automatic watch (seiko) a few years ago Iam fascinated by the movements of these watches. Later I've bought a Tissot PSR 516 automatic, a nice watch wich I wear with a lot of pleassure. For now the real brands are to expensive for me, so I am looking for a good rep. I am reading about the dealers here, and about the other things I want to know. I've tried to search on sending a rep watch from japan/china to the Netherlands, cause that could give some problems. I only couldn't find that much about that. Now I've find a nice Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra on intime.co, and they can ship it to me by DHL or EMS. I don't know how it works at all, so are there people here who have experience by shipping a rep to the Netherlands? kind regards, Dutchman
