It is all in the eye of the beholder.

For what it's worth, I thought that the genuine was horrid... and the rep was even worse. I don't know what Omega thought that they were doing with this one.

Just my opinion. Others may love it.

Joshua showed me a prototype last October. I didn't give it a detailed inspection because it isn't a watch that appeals to me. Just personal taste.

But (for me) the outstanding feature was the cyclops. It really works!

I'm hoping that this will, in time, trickle down to our Pams...

Since you are here, I assume that you have a computer. Thats all you need!

I realized his was 005. most everyone else, including guy with 005 couldn't tell the difference of quality by looking and holding these two.

I received an early Christmas present... a friend of mine has just upgraded his camera - and gave me his old Fujifilm S1 Pro. Wow!

An obsolete camera, of course... but it is a joy to be able to use all my old 35mm Nikon lenses again.

Lightbox - two polypropylene lever-arch files.

Lighting - three halogen desk lamps.

Lens - Nikkor 35-70mm macro, F22, 0.25 second exposure.

Post production - brightened in "levels", background fluff cloned out. Nothing clever - I have neither the skill nor the software... I don't have PhotoShop, I'm using Micrographics Picture Publisher 10.0 - an application that came free with a computer magazine, several years ago.

You have probably thought of this... but the chrono won't work unless there is a decent amount of power in the mainspring. If you haven't already done so, try wearing the watch for an hour or so... then press the button.

If you have to go and buy some from the store then make sure you put on a big manly watch first

... or wear one of your prettier dresses.

I go to Hong Kong and China two or three times a year. I usually only take two GMT watches with me - I need to leave room in the suitcase for all the contraband that i want to bring home.
