  1. Wow that's my dream car! Cool! Haha my other dream car would be the Audi R8.

Thanks for the comparison of the watches. To be honest I never fancy the AP Montoya watches, that's until today when I saw a gen blue piece at a second hand watch boutique. The carbon fibre bezel and the overall design looks sporty & classy. Haha wonder why they have so many square stitches for the leather strap, prefer the standard AP leather straps?

  2. Nice classy looking watch! Looks like I'm getting closer and closer to getting one. Haha strange man sold my non secs at 12 abt 1.5 years ago. Now I'm all over it again but this time will go for the secs at 12 version!

Btw has this watch undergo graphite treatment saw some members talking about it in other threads?

  3. Just saw the gen at the AD last weekend. Nice watch! I don't find it that big but it has that sporty yet classy feel. Just have to take note of the gold plating reason being that my other rose gold plated watch didn't last more than 6 months though I like only wore it once a week and clean it after I worn it.

  4. And thanks for the comments & pics guys! Personally I don't find all the models appealing only some designs I'm interested in. But the brand isn't that popular could be they are using quartz movt so maybe serious watch lovers don't take an interest in them and for other users they may not want to spend so much for a quartz watch. Do keep your comments/pics coming in. Cheers!

  5. Hi may I know for reps which is more accurate BR 01-92 or BR 03-92?

    - Understand BR 01-92 there are some updated versions from Hont, Puretime etc whereby the screws at the back are not engraved but can screw down ones.

    - And for BR 03-92 seems that the rep casing thickness is thicker than the gens, is that true?

Thanks. Any comments, pics would be appreciated.

  6. And here's an extract of the interview between AP CEO Oliviero Bottinelli & Jamie Nonis.

"When the organisers first approached us, I said, it's in nine months, we're never going to make it, but yes, I want to do the watch."

"It's incredible, because when people heard that AP was creating a watch for the Singapore Grand Prix, some of them put a deposit down without even seeing what the watch would look like."

  7. Thanks for sharing sander appreciate that. I like your pics & looks like I'm another step closer to getting the BP. Just that now I have to take note of the AR and the strap. By the way may I know what is the length of the gen strap, is it 145mm x 52mm? I have a small wrist too.
