  1. The dial is superlumed by the meistro himself, The Zigmeister so the lume is naturally exellent I only have this picture from where I bought the dial/hands it from
  2. As the title says! Now my pam 002 project is almost finished! It was a pam 111 in the beginning ! I had a standard a 6497-2 movement in it ( high beat ! ) with the secondpin so I had to take apart the movement and cut off the second pin axle. It was no problem taking the movement apart BUT to put it together again was not very easy as all the gearwheels must fit exactly where they have to be! It took me about 20 ! times before all the gears was on the right position! The dial/hands is a Ziggified one that glows like he.......! Changed to the longer cannonpin/hourwheel, look how much nicer finish the SWISS ( from Cousins!) cannonpin have than the asian one ! The case is a standard "cartel" one from 2006. The caseback is from davidsen and is correct for a pam 002! Well here is the result :What do You think about it ?
  3. Maybe it is the hands that touches each other so it stops where the hands meet each other?? Because it stops at the SAME tome every day that CAN absolutely be the problem!!!
  4. Hi all! I want a T-48 titanium crown from Tourby BUT he has no more T-48 titanium crown more ( if You do not want to wait for FOUR months!!!! ) So my question is: will it look nice/OK to use the T-60 titanium crown on my pam 061/177H ? OR is it worth waiting for four months for a T-48 crown? Some here have said that the T-60 actualla looks nicer than the correct T-48 crown because it looks wider than the T-48 !!?? What do You think???
  5. VERY nice video indeed The rolex factory is VERY big and the main building where they make the watches ( storage!) is 6 ! floors UNDER the ground!!!
  6. I got superlumed hands for my fiddy and wanted to show the difference on the minutehand as it is the minute hand that is to SMALL where it is fitted to the cannon pin ! DSN is the one that have the BIGGER part on the minute hand!
  7. Hi all! Do You know what kind of lume DSN use on his "superlumed" hand on his Pams! He says it IS REAL superlume but do You think it is REAL Tritec superlume on his hands? I think it is a little to greenish in the dark!?
  8. That was a nice one UBI Now think I must practice removing the color of a Fiddy perhaps and see how that will lokk like???
  9. Hi Wan , so You eventually got a EL case I have not tryed to press the crystal in to the bezel, only the bezel WITH the crystal already mountedl! But it is best if You have a crystalpress where You can screw the dyes down to have more controll when You press the crystal down! And You must also have dyes that are so big that they fit round the crystal ( it must only press against the outer part of the crystal! ). . And the dyes must be konvex inside so You do not crack the crystal ( easy to do if You press at the middle of the crystal!!) . And last, You must be VERY careful when You press the crystal down so make sure that the crystal is absolutely straith over the case so it will not come down more on one side before the other. Good luck
  10. Yes that was a VERY nice strap!!!!!!! Please tell us what website it comes from!!!!!!!!!!
  11. Sorry here is the picture! Sorry again the picture was to big!!!!
  12. I have a 036 and a 061 and a 177H and I like then ALL, but perhaps the 061 is the most nice one as it has the very nice looking and not so common tobaccodial!
  13. Thanks a lot Ubi. I have some dials that I can try it on!
  14. Hi all Pam lovers! Found this nice site if You want to know the "OP" of Your pam and how many has been made etc. etc. Panerai_serienr.doc Panerai_serienr.doc
  15. Ok Thanks for that! Is there a chance of damage the dial when You "split" the two dials? or is just glude a "little" ?? . Is there any "spot" on the backside one of the dials where the dial should be placed so it will be perfectly aligend ?
  16. Hi all! Do anyone know how I take apart the sandwichdial on a fiddydial ( or just any sandwichdial !) to relume the bottom part of it! The case is that I want to try and superlume the dial myself but do not know how to take the dial apart WITHOUT damageed it! Would be happy fot Your advice!
  17. YES I like VERY much! What crown is it on that 0036 on the picture? And very nice crown guard!
  18. I told Jay ( or nowadays ( John and Cassie!) that is MUST be a SWISS eta as I know it is VERY common to get a asian clone eta eaven if You have payed the extra $ for ! But I ordered the watches in the middle of february and got them now!!! But it was worth the wait! On his site it does not always say SWISS eta, only eta 2824 or 6497-1!
  19. No I did not pay extra but I always get pictures of the movement BEFORE he ships to me! 225$ and it feels very nice and solid but You are right about the bracelet that has screws instead of pins but the pearl is better than the earlier SMP I think !!
  20. Sorry but You wrong regarding the movement, it really IS a SWISS eta 2824-2 in both of the watches ( see picture!) ! I have VERY clear when I order a watch that is always IS an swiss eta!
  21. Thanks ! I bought it at the end of last year from a RWG member but the pictures of was quite bad so I was quick to say I buy it BEFORE better pictures was taken on it . But it had a completely wrong backcase so I bought a brand new one like the one on the picture from Babola ( Thanks!) . When I have the "new" T-48 ti crown and fixed the cannonpin I will be very happy with it!!
  22. Hi all Just got my BOB Marina strap ( from Cats, thanks a lot ! ) and have put it on my Pam061! What do You think about it ? I will fix the cannonpin and a new crown !!
