what would cause a watch seconds hand (at 6) to sometimes jump couple seconds and keep runing ok. It does it on different spots on 30-60 seconds side of the dial, at differents spots. Watch is keeping good time though. Is this something I should be concerned with?

Sorry, IMO what I quoted from your thread make no sense. If you speed you are putting others at risk, no matter how good you are.
Just a couple of days ago a cop kill himself following a speedy driver in my town, does the dare devil ever thought this would happen? NO.
100% agreed on the hand bleeding, also the subdial hands at 9 is too close to the dial, like if the dial was not properly in place.
Hublot would not allow this on any of its watches.
