Many thanks guys.. this strap is very beautiful I must say and the reddish colour indeed goes well with all the pams. But it is also the smell, the logo buckle and above all the history of the leather that survived after 300 years in the bottom of the sea. THIS is the ultimate vintage strap I guess...

After my request he is using black car upholstery leather which is also waterproof. I think it is basically better than the leather itself folded..

Custom lengths of course.. You can ask from Aaron custom size. $? 40$ to Aaron for his work and according to the straps dividing the cost of the wallet by 2 or 3. I guess final cost won't be more than 90-100$ for the strap.

As you all know I have started to make my one of a kind straps with the metta catharina leather i have sourced. Now already in Aarons hands is a Marlboro leather strap. My new projects are the following: 1. BLACK calvin klein leather strap from a italian leather/made in italy wallet i bought. The hunt for the perfect BLACK leather was very very difficult because it had to be very soft / semi-matte and with a beautiful texture (and of course italian leather). This CK wallet had it all. 2. I was trying to find the most similar colour leather to the PAV98 strap 'fitch' has in his black luv I managed to find a SERGIO TACCHINI wallet with very similar colour and italian leather/made in italy again. Photos of the wallets ripped apart and ready to shipping to AARON From the leather of the wallets I (aaron basically) may be able to make more than 1 strap (probably 2 from the black) If you are interested reply here and we'll see what we can do. Old members and basically friends have priority of course

i agree.. it's more fun 'the hunt of the perfect rep' than going to a store and buy a genuine

the only rep with great lume was the RXW with the genuine dial. All the other were from NO LUME to DECENT LUME

Don't know yet Chris... I like a lot the vintage of JTB, I also want a CN Black Seal (G or H haven't decided yet) because I have a brown Europelli strap waiting for a BS (and all the BS i had are sold now) and I definately need them to source me a new 112H dial (so this may take some time). So if you are in a hurry you shouldn't include the 111 in this group buy.

Sorry Faber and PAM1A and gotovina that I have left out your photos but I have a reason why. First Fabers was a very nice pictures but VERY small pixels, PLUS he already has the same velcro strap on the watch. Second PAM1A is not qualified as a 100% Panerai with this Rolex crown (and yes I don't like rolex ) and third gotovina was not a 100% watch based photo. Hope you understand that it was not something personal guys
