I share some experience. When you see the watches turning, there are two possible movement directions: A = you see the watches moving like the hands of a clock. B = you see the watches moving in the reverse direction. For asian 7750 chrono watches you must use "A". All the rest of watches I have (asian and swiss) use "B". I use the minimum numbers of winds per day. It is enough.

After seeing the success of double AR coating offered here I wonder if we loose the anti-scratch performance of our zaphire glasses to have a better AR. Therefore, what is your experience? Do you have double AR, and that means that some scratches have developed in your glasses? Or is the double AR so resistant to avoid scratches? Thanks.

Hi there: Yes, I have just arrived from Bangkok. I had to attend a conference there. Recently I bought a watch from TTK. First I orderered a white Panerai, but later I changed my mind. I told TTK to change to a submariner. But he sent the white Panerai. As I had to go to Bangkok, we met in my hotel room. We exchanged the watches and he showde me several watches to be sold. Finally I bought a Chopard Mille Miglia 2005 limited edition (Panda). Nice man, nice watch. I asked TTK where is the famous MBK/MBW stall. Because the day before to our meeting I could not find it. Indeed, I found it., But it was so small and I did not see any good rep that I thought that this was not the place. So, after he confimed me the location in the MBK mall I went there the following day. First, it is so small. Probably is 2 square meters. Amazing. Second, I have enough Rolexs, so I was not interested in having a look to the MBW Rolexs. Sorry, friends. I cannot give you a lot information about this. I wanted the Omega SMP black. No Omegas there. Only hidden Rolexs and one visible Panerai. The Panerai was a very good rep of 111H. He asked me 9500 baths (1 euro = 48 baths). But the TWP is modding for me one 111H, so I was just asking for checking prices. What I wanted is a 40 mm Panerai for my wife. He showed me one. Not the same quality as the 111H. I told him that the 44 mm was a very good rep, and it was swiss mechanism. However, I told him that the 40 mm was a lower quality rep. He did not accept that and told me that the price for the 40 mm was 8500 baths. I offereed him a lower price (I do not remember how much). He stopped talking to me and I had to left the place. I can tell you that this person is not friendly and IMHO he is a bit rude. So for me this place is not interesting. In MBW mall you can find tones of bad reps and very few good reps. I found a couple of second hand SMP black GMTs, starting price...1000 euros! I have been in Chine some times.... better shopping there. Hope this helps.

I am begining to buy reps. I have bought 4 reps from 3 dealers. 3 of them were defective. All the dealers made a mistake. I am thnking of telling the whole story, just to show the newbies like me how is the situation. PATIENTE!!

Thanks for your suggstions. After playing a bit with watch, it seems that something is wrong with the hask mecanishm. I mean, the second hand stops when your are changing the time, correct, but it has a problem to begin to run again when you press the crown. I bought ii in March and I want to keep it, I really like it

Please, we MUST NOT show our reps to ADs. NEVER. Otherwise, in the future, it will be very nuch difficult to buy reps.

Just as a curisosity. I bought this Omega (fantasy I think) in HK for 25 euros. I like it a lot. One day changing the time...it stopped working. I did wind it, I did shake it, I did hit it.... no future After a week...it begun to work and it is still working well. I would like to know why this happened and why the watch can be alive itself, with no help. Amazing for me. Thanks

Sure. They are from Omega web site. If I knew a dealer selling reps that these ones, I would not asking your help. I asked Angus (Pure Time) for the price of the very good Seamaster GMT balck model 2007 that is in his photo gallery. He told me that the factory stopped production one month ago. Bad news, the quality seems excellent.

Please, think twice. The glass is dirty. I only expect a clean glass. The cost is the same. The cost of manufactuting the glass is the same. They only had to clean it up. We cannot justify these things. I could pay 100$. But this is not to improve the quality. The cost of the parts would be the same. Again, I have received the second mail agreeing to change the watch (even I only paid $80 ). But, again, he forgot to give the address to send it back. Therefore, I have to wait for a new email. perhaps this time he undestands I need a postal adress. What a life.

And the case? the bezel and the original dial will fit in all the rep cases?

So the rest of the watch, is is not so important where do you buy it?

Hi: I was is Caracas' airport last weekend. There was a watch store selling several brands, including Omega. They had several Planet Oceans and this black SMP, that I tried. Picture of this model, the steel one, follows: Before trying it I thought it was not beatiful, but in my wrist, suddenly, it beguns to shyne. I want one! Now I have been cheking the web page of Omega and I found the titanium model, that follows: Can you help? First, Which model do you like more? Second, I want a good rep, money is not so important for this model. I love it. I have been checking the pictures of several dealers, and the hands size are normaly noticable short. However, Angus (PureTime) seems to have a good replica of the titanium model. Do you know who is selling the best rep of these models. Thanks.

I paid 80$ plus shipping. BTW, I have just received his email. He agrres to change the watch. "Please, send it back". But... he forgets to give me the address! Therefore, I have to wait a couple of days until he reads my email asking for the returning address. What a life!

And price is closing to used gens.
