Is the movement working OK? Never heard of this model. Yes, the BR uses the same strap for 46 and 42mm models.

In gen. only "BR" is engraved on it. The latest version is smaller - 22mm for the 42mm BR-03.

Grap it if you can get it at USD1K. Still you need the different lug plate for the bracelet which I have doubt that it will fit the rep. The HBB parts are simply not interchangable with the gen. The spec and dimension is quite different.

You can get a gen bracelet from Hublot AD. But the lug plate is different from the strap version. USD2000 will get you this.

What is the finish of the ceramic bezel on gen? Polished or brushed? Seems a lot of confusions on this issue. No data addressed to this in Hublot's website though.

I will count myself as bad luck on the inferior PP. I got it from the same supplier as the APROJ, so no question of being fooled. I got the APROJ, PPNJ, modded 5513(going to put on the gen 24-700 tube/crown and #19 crystal) this month, the $ spent is getting crazy, can almost get me a gen. Explorer II. Anyway, I will say the APROJ is still a good value when looking at the built quality as compared to the 800 bucks for the ceramic HBB having the screws popping off at any time and with the buckle biting into your skin.

Do we have the mis-conception all along? APROJ, yes, a MBW. But the PPNJ is never meant to be a MBW. Seen personally the PPNJ has a quality no where near to the APROJ. I have taken the PPNJ but have it returned for so poor workmanship.

Any Rollie experts know if the modern 24-7030 triplock tube can accommodate the 24-700 crown? Will it sit flush to the bottom when the crown screw onto it? Since the 7000 tube is almost impossible to be found, can this be a compromise? Thanks.

A question is if the 24-702 crown will fit the modern 24-7030 tube? Mian concern is whether the crown will sit flush all the way down to the bottom of the tube since 702 should have a narrower depth than the 703. Since the o-ring on the 7030 tube will be hide up when the crown is screwed on, it is not too much a concern for me to insist on the 7020 tube as it is almost impossible to be found. Any idea?

Any Rollie expert got the idea what is the ref. # of the tube used in the original SD1665? Or is it the same as the 24-7030? I believe the original Trilock crown on the 1665 didn't have the 3 dots under the cornet, am I correct? Thanks.

If I am not wrong, those from Otto is not the correct ones for the vintage model, rather they are for the modern Daytona. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Anyone has the experience putting a gen. VJ23 into the DW case? Will it fit OK. Thinking to do it as the DW Mystery movt is dead. Thanks.

You need a need pusher, or at least the push button with the stem intact. I will try to look into my tray to see if I have one for you. Will let you know.

I have the same problem with the clamps. Those come with DW are flat and they just won't secure the movement onto the case groove results in movement swirling around inside the case. Any idea how to use DW's clamp to fix the movt onto the DW case? Thanks.
