lionsandtigers Posted August 16, 2006 Report Posted August 16, 2006 Just curious about why there are no reputable dealers (as far as I can tell) here in the US. Is it because most rep items are manufactured in asia and customs would just seize everything? Just curious, thats all.

Whoever decides to be a rep dealer in the US should have his head examined...
lionsandtigers Posted August 16, 2006 Author Report Posted August 16, 2006 ahahahaha, i think that was the best answer i've seen not even suggesting someone doing it, just curious as to why other countries get away with it, and the US gets slammed
hk45ca Posted August 16, 2006 Report Posted August 16, 2006 ...because they are all in jail....? Whoever decides to be a rep dealer in the US should have his head examined... idealwatches.com is in nyc and have been in business for ever. nobody can explain why they don't have any trouble. if anybody knows please share that info with us. everybody gets introuble but them and they don't drop ship they have the items in stock. they are highly visable and easly accessable 1-800 number and everything. highly illegal here. they know something we don't.
pman Posted August 16, 2006 Report Posted August 16, 2006 I went to their site. $900 for a genuine Rolex replica. And I save $400 off the "regular" price. Now thais is the "ultimate Rolex". Yeah right?!!
Linder Posted August 16, 2006 Report Posted August 16, 2006 Since they're offering COD, I wonder what would happen if we all ordered a watch COD tomorrow?
lionsandtigers Posted August 16, 2006 Author Report Posted August 16, 2006 Well, i only know one thing about Idealwatches, and that they're junk. shame, oh well, back overseas i go............
jeff g Posted August 16, 2006 Report Posted August 16, 2006 Seems as though the US dealers don't last long. We had a few around the forums for awhile. Three that I know of were on board TRC and RWG for a couple of years. ONE really good one. NONE around these days. Heat.
robertk Posted August 16, 2006 Report Posted August 16, 2006 In the US, sell reps.........Go to jail.
