Ever seen one of these on a PAM case?

Good day,

ever seen one of these on a PAM case? On pic 1 you can see a pressure point which has a spring behind it. You can press it in and...? I guess it is to release the spring bars (pic 2) which are screws in this model from Watcheden (#31110). They could be quick a quick release mechanism?

Yes those are quick release functions. I believed I have seen them on the 8 Day and 10 Day PAMs.

Just the lug pin release pushers. Like IWC. The gens incorporated this feature at some point (I don't recall the serial ref); the benefits of cross pollenation with sister brands in the Richemont house...
