gplracer Posted August 8, 2009 Report Posted August 8, 2009 I got my Spinmaster DW 6263 turned 6265 all together but I scratched the gen crystal in several places. Well.... really all over. I have no idea how it happened. Marty suggested polywatch so I ordered it. Man........ it worked! My crystal has no scratches at all! I am so happy with the results.
Demsey Posted August 8, 2009 Report Posted August 8, 2009 SPINMASTER, YEAH! Sorry, I do that. Good to know, but, before and after pics would have been awesome. SCRATCH IT AGAIN! SCRATCH IT AGAIN!
offshore Posted August 8, 2009 Report Posted August 8, 2009 Hmmmm, I've only had joy with Polywatch on Acrylic crystals. Works just great on them. Sure you have a glass crystal? Offshore
gplracer Posted August 8, 2009 Author Report Posted August 8, 2009 It was plastic. The crystal is a gen tropic 21.
offshore Posted August 8, 2009 Report Posted August 8, 2009 Gotcha! Polywatch will certainly do the job on acrylic. O/S
KB Posted August 8, 2009 Report Posted August 8, 2009 So it would be fair to expect that Polywatch should work on acrylic mobile phone screens too...yes? Ken
docblackrock Posted August 8, 2009 Report Posted August 8, 2009 Polywatch is good stuff, but identical results can be had from a little (I use sensitive formulation) toothpaste mixed with water
docblackrock Posted August 8, 2009 Report Posted August 8, 2009 So it would be fair to expect that Polywatch should work on acrylic mobile phone screens too...yes? ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ Same stuff, different name
