It was not subjected to any unual or extreme conditions, and the usual shake/wind/tap don't make any sort of change. I cannot hear anything rattling inside if I shake it. I'm working with the seller right now, but I'm not sure if he'll be able to help me. If he can't, what might I try next? Thanks for any help! If you really like it and it's a decent rep (ETA based, and not the $99 21J) you could send it to one of the forums repair gurus to diagnose and repair. If you like tinkering, open the case and see if theres anything obvious out of place. All you need is a wad of duct tape to open the caseback.
