My Calis

Hi guys, Just completed another...I'd like to share with you my Cali.

Vintagized/Relumed dial and hands. I still managed to screw up the hands but did my best to save it.

The case/plexi was also vintagized.

For this one I decided to use a solid think caseback.

Since this is a closed case back I went with a Swiss 6497...

I don't often like vintage pieces, but this one looks really nice, and really much more fun to wear than a brand new reissued Cali gen or rep...

Thanks everyone. Regarding the caseback, I got it from a member. But I'm not sure where he got it from. The case set looks to be from DSN but the caseback possibly from VDB...since his watches are the only watches I've seen with these casebacks...guess he can confirm.

Are 47 or 45 mm? The dial are from DSN? has plexi crystal ?

Personally, I would just add a few more hairline scratches on the case... now it looks as there is a prevalence of notches. Maybe it's just the pic.
