removing the stem of a miyota quartz movement ?

I try to figure out how I can remove the stem of a miyota movement ? It seems that there is no button to push

The little hole next to where it says "push".

Be very very careful. If you move the lever out of the way, you can get into quite a bit of trouble. I think I posted some info about this here

You may find that the crown will not remove in any position but the hand set position

I know, I guess it just works best to take the sentence as said by a guy, and think that the lady involved might have had an affinity for extreme insertions Certainly saves any bruised egos
