Count me in. twon12 (tony). Alrite... acknowlegded. Problem is Rolexfinder/Paul has still to negotiate with his dial-producer. i guess hes busy with the group-buy for moding the screws of this AP mbw jumbo. As soon as (we) or i hear something about the quality and ability of his source in dial-reping. We or i will let you know! Best thing is to start a second thread with UNMISTAKABLY TITEL to gather as much of you people interested in this project... Sorry guys, to me there is no way i will call my AP contact before theres no reasonable and "better than existing mbw/mbk dial-way" in sight to accomplish this project. Note here in katerchen's pic, how shapely the gen hands are with the rounded edges, thin section of lume, beveled center base and small hole at the pinion: To me, that has always been one of the bigger flaws, as the rep hands are flat with little to no depth or shape at all: Would be interesting if you guys can commission a correct set of those as well... Have no references/pics from his source though... Only thing i can do is "open a door" for a few members to order gen parts. Anyway youll have to "walk trough that door by choice"... I dont mind if you are going to buy as a "single" person or if maybe few people stick together to order a part as "group buy", maybe to replicate something.
