Usil
It's way late but i had to check out the forum tonight before I hit the sack. I just came back from S. Marco Square in Venice where I had the most expensive beer I have ever had - 18.00€ for a bottle. But had a great dinner. Sunday was great fun and I am sorry not to be there for the next one this week. Le Select is a great GTG location and I had good fun with good company and conversation. Hope all are well. Got to get to sleep for early morning meeting tomorrow. Usil
Pugwash
You're right: location is everything. So is timing. If you look just to the left of Usils arm, I can tell you that the girl in the green top and white bottoms was a stunner. It's a pity that Pug's shutter didn't open four seconds earlier.... See you guys tomorrow!

Pugwash
Ryyanon, nobody told you : La france est championne du monde ce soir (even not need of Zidane) You should have played like that last match.
ryyannon
HIPPY! BTW... ryyannon... That is one fantastic WM on your wrist! LOVE the fat hands!! Getting that watch was a great stroke of luck, Ubi - Sphagettiman is a both a gentleman and a great person to do a deal with. The only time I take that watch off my wrist is to wind it. Now if only I could find that WM 2533 vintage....

offshore
Well... some comments on a great pic. @Puggy, Maybe reasonably close to what the mind perceived.. a little older than expected. @Usil, with no preconceived virtual pics, its great to know we have a most distinguished fellow member! @ Ry, had always felt your written skill and wit, may well be a camouflage for an ugly mug: not the case... you're almost as good looking as self... your avatar then probably acknowledges attitudes, not personalities!! Great stuff guys, glad you had a top time.... although I note 3 empty glases in the pic. hope they were refilled ... quickly! Offshore Edited to add.. Really nice background.. why were you all so taken with the camera!
Pugwash
Well... some comments on a great pic. @Puggy, Maybe reasonably close to what the mind perceived.. a little older than expected. I'm significantly older than I look*, so that means you thought I was in my teens or 20s. * the three early-20s girls at our table yesterday thought I was either 28, 30 or 32. fitmic
Thanks for sharing those pics. I could never have imagine you guys look the way you do. I've always pictured ryyannon as a youngster in his early 20s.
melvin.x
I like the idea of some "get togethers" around the world. But I wonder if it ever works in Germany... Looks like you had fun together and I must second that I expected some younger guys... Maybe because of the fresh and young style to write ? Greetings DJ

Greetings DJ Speaking for myself, it's all done with Viagra and super-vitamins. As for my avatar of Baghdad Bob, I along with millions of others have always felt an immense affection for the guy. One of the world's best natural stand-up comics. I wonder how he's making out.... So I presume it's still around 7 at the Select this evening? Looks like hurricane weather in Paris this afternoon, I've gotten about two hours of sleep again, but I'll be there just the same.....
