I've ordered from Hont before and he sent my watch via DHL to the Netherlands. Passed customs without a problem and actually fastest delivery I've ever had (shipped on Sat. on my wrist by Monday evening). Best of luck and hope it goes smoothly.

You guy's are lucky if your not charged duty.. in the US any watch sent Fedex... you receive a bill for duties shortly after.. the gen. doxa I received cost an additional 45 usd for duty..

So you in the EU don';t experience this with Fedex??

I've had nothing but trouble with FedEx, DHL or any other courier service in The Netherlands.

According to a Dutch customs officer, working at a FedEx depot about 90% of all items coming from China get checked.

I always use registered mail, delivery time may take a bit longer and there is no tracking but the change of items getting seized are way lower.
