How to put back in chrono hadle ?

Hey guys when I dropped the watch, the chrono handle came off, please see picture attached. How do i get it back in place? Just by pressing it in or using some glue?

I think you guys need to take another look at the picture.

It looks like the chrono (hour-counting) wheel shaft is broken. It's still attached to the hand. This will require a disassembly of the movement and replacement of the hour-counting wheel.

Yes...the post will have to be removed form the hand, hopefuly able to be staked in or the wheel replaced. This will involve removal of hands and dial and possibly the modification pieces to get at the wheel. Leave it to a watchmaker unless you're willing to dive in and face the consequences of error.
