Quarks Posted September 7, 2006 Report Share Posted September 7, 2006 Well, this is thread is a mix of a showcase and a question which I have difficulty figuring it out myself at this moment. This watch is a 47mm GWI Big Pilot from Ken Trading (RXW fame) which I got pre-owned. I absolutely love this watch to bits but I am not showing any wrist time. Occasionally, I would put it on and walk around the house and that's it. Now the question that begged to be ask: Should I sell it? I am hesitating because I know it would be difficult for me to get it back if I ever regret letting this one go. But a part of me wants me to let go of this baby to a new owner who will would appreciate this watch more than I do. Initially, I took these pics because I had made up my mind to sell it. Looking at the pics, it seems like a very bad idea to sell this. I am sitting on the fence on this one. Decisions, decisions. !@#$ decisions! I'm a collector that means I want to collect as many of the watches that I like as I can, I already have more than I can wear so I have set up a showcase of my watches to bring me enjoyment every time I cast my eyes on it. dadog13 Posted September 7, 2006 Report Share Posted September 7, 2006 hey Q...don't sell it...at least not until we have a ice rep of the BP from IWC...and i think it should be released this year.... than you can sell this baby and get yourself a nice rep of the BP... whatever, this is a nice piece...but i'd prefer it without the 4 subdials and pushers.... the crown is a beauty...love it...maybe it is the part i like the most on the BP...
