Mini Fiddy owners pls. help!

Hi guys

Plaifender and Offshore are trying to have sapphire crystals produced for PAM253/212s.

Those are 44mm models like the Mini Fiddy sold by Jackson Tse (see here; attention: scroll down!)

I'm thinking about a Mini Fiddy project and would be interested in a domed sapphire crystal. I understand it does not exist yet and I'm certain there would be some more interest.

Is there a Mini Fiddy expert or owner willing to take caliper measurements of their mineral crystal so we can make sure it has the same diameter?

when I still owned mine I was using an acrylic watch glass. I have a spare in-hand and the package reads:

37.2 mm diameter

1.20 mm thick.

You are welcome to have it for your project. Just drop me a line.

If it fits, perhaps your can have a sapphire made from this plexi.

First, thanks very much for the kind offer! I don't even have the case yet so for the moment I would not be able to put your spare in use. Maybe I could get back to you if I need it someday? It's really very kind.

Second: Thanks very much for the diameter info, which I will pass to Plaifender immediately. I hope it will be the same as the 212s.

I think I might stlil have an old mini-fiddy case that the crownguard screws stripped on. If I do I'll take some dimensions for you..
