As for 7159 hands, maybe contact Jewelry & Watch. I have had no real luck sourcing 7159 hands. Anyone else have suggestions?

Sorry for disturb, cal.7733 hand set is it same with cal.7734 hand set???

Because cal.7734 is base on cal.7733, they are same diameter.

Only different is 7734 have date and 7733 is non date.

According to the Valjoux technical papers the 7733 and 7734 have the same hand size.
