Toadtorrent
Little stubby pin tools, right? Two to a pack? I use one springbar tool with a small 1 or 2mm forked springbar tip...plus another springbar tool with the pin pusher tip... use the forked end to pop the springbar out of a lug hole on one sidewith the springbar out, pop the second tool in to plug the hole (or toothpick) so it doesn't pop back instick in the forked tool on the other side and you're good to go with the toothpick and stuff sticking up and needing to use a small tipped tool preferably with two hands, it's like performing open-heart on a cockroach. FxrAndy
once it is a couple of mm out of centre you can tap it out with a hammer and drift, i have found a few tight ones because of dirt and crap on the pins
vlydog
Yes, I was able to get it out several mm but just tried to pull it out with my fingers. I am all thumbs
vlydog
Success! Thanks for all the help. A little rock n roll lube helps with the pin re-entry. Now if I could get the bracelet off the watch I will give it the same lubrication treatment.
HauteHippie
Getting the bracelet off is actually the fun part. Let us know how it goes and post pics once you get the new strap mounted!
