mactower
Hey Folks, Is anyone aware whether the good folks in the factories are manufacturing Bell & Ross BR 01-92 cases with functional screws vs the outline of the 4 hex screws on the back? I would be very interested in procuring just the case and screws if it's possible. Cheers, M.
metaljesus
Im really into these and have never scene functioning screws on the back. So doubt it ...
mactower
Hmm, even if they had faux screws, drill holes in the caseback and glue and seal the faux screws in. I suppose repping these 100% isn't at the top of the list as it's a caseback etc.
Jkay
My 01-94 has the proper screws and removable lugs (that's what the screws do, release the watchband lugs) so keep your hopes high. You might find this in a
nakortheblue
The caseback with functional screws is no longer in production, AFAIK.
Member X
Really? It's not long been out, has it? That's a shame if it's discontinued
tony2x
Really? It's not long been out, has it? That's a shame if it's discontinued I just picked up a BR01-94 from Mr Hont in PVD with a blue dial (pics about to be posted in another thread) and it has screws on the back. I've compared mine to a gen and it is incredibly close to the original. It looks like he has 92s using the same case:- http://www.hontwatch.com/productinfo.asp?id=10640
nakortheblue
You may want to confirm with him before committing to buy.
