metaljesus Posted March 8, 2010 Report Posted March 8, 2010 Just wanted to give you guys a heads up about this company. If you're in the market for a fashion-forward leather jacket these guys are pretty much the only way to go, and by far the most cost effective. I'm posting this because I've just received my 2nd jacket from them and freaken love it, and its an absolute steal. They do have a website, but all their best stuff is sold through ebay. They've gotten in trouble with Italian authorities in the past for claiming they copy brands 1:1. I beleive they acutally got shut down for a while but they seem to be running at 100% at the moment. I found them when obessing over a Rick Owens jacket that I tried on in a store but couldnt afford to spend 1900 quid on. When I got a jacket from this company in the mail I was blown away, the fit was a little different but the quality of leather was about 95% off the Rick Owens version. They really do use lamb leather which makes the
metaljesus Posted March 8, 2010 Author Report Posted March 8, 2010 Oh and if you want an excuse to get leather clad, read this: http://www.gq.com/how-to/fashion/200807/leather-jacket-buy
plaifender Posted March 8, 2010 Report Posted March 8, 2010 would love to see it on you to see how it fits.. The website pics are nice. I really like your brown one!
Bll Posted March 9, 2010 Report Posted March 9, 2010 how do you know what size to get? I am thinkin about getting one from them, but I dont know what size to get and concerned about the fit.

If you have a well fitting shirt you can get a tape measure and try out some of the measurements listed and see if they are about right for you. For me the back and length sounded fine so I ordered one. Lots of their jackets have sleves that are designed to 'stack' down your arm, so the arm length sounds really long. Also keep in mind that leather moulds itself to your body over time, espcecially across your shoulders.
marsupilami Posted March 9, 2010 Report Posted March 9, 2010 make sure you starve for at least 8 days to be slim enough to fit in. This was the main reason for me to send it back and get refund. quality of leather.....not my thing, too.

metaljesus Posted March 9, 2010 Author Report Posted March 9, 2010 wat size do u normally wear? and how r they comparing to ur normal size? I wear XL in most things. Their XL fits me great.

This was the main reason for me to send it back and get refund. Do you wear other slim cut jackets? All my suits are slim cut (im certainly not a slim guy at 6"3' and 105kg). Are you just used to baggier clothes? Were you able to zip it up? quality of leather.....not my thing, too. I dont really understand what you mean? The jackets I have from them are about as good as it gets, without spending $2000+ By the way im not a sales rep or anything
Bll Posted March 10, 2010 Report Posted March 10, 2010 I wear XL in most things. Their XL fits me great. I just bought 1.....lets see how it fits me..hahha..I am still concerned about the fit....76cm for arms?????...i am not ape~~ . normally how long do i need to wait for the shipping?
metaljesus Posted March 10, 2010 Author Report Posted March 10, 2010 Which one did you buy? They make it after you order, so it takes a while. My first one took 4 weeks, second one took two weeks.
gran Posted March 10, 2010 Report Posted March 10, 2010 nice...very nice..much better than what Bruno wears

metaljesus Posted March 10, 2010 Author Report Posted March 10, 2010 I almost bought that one myself. The expanding/strechy cuffs will mean the sleve legth will work out fine, because they will force the sleves to stack up.

metaljesus Posted March 11, 2010 Author Report Posted March 11, 2010 Uh, well i guess it depends on your taste. In the photo you posted its stacked. See how the sleves are all stacked up, instead of falling straight down? Same as in the brown one i posted. Thats the style.
Clum Posted March 11, 2010 Report Posted March 11, 2010 I've given that brown one a punt Cost the same as my only suit lol
metaljesus Posted March 11, 2010 Author Report Posted March 11, 2010 These guys should be paying me a commission
Danny Boy Posted March 12, 2010 Report Posted March 12, 2010 they should because i'm just about to get that brown one too! it's stunning!
Bll Posted March 13, 2010 Report Posted March 13, 2010 they should because i'm just about to get that brown one too! it's stunning! which brown one? the one with the hood? hhahhah.....i ordered first, so they will process mine first i hope....
metaljesus Posted March 13, 2010 Author Report Posted March 13, 2010 Just after I received that one with the hood, I was getting dressed to go out and said to one of my housemates "hey, like my new jacket?" she paused for literally about 10 seconds while staring at me, then said "you look fcking awesome". I said "thanks, thats what i was going for". Only downside is that those cuffs make it hard to show off a watch.

Well it's quite the trend to pull the sleeves up to just below your elbows with a skinny leather jacket these days mate... and the stretchy cuffs will help them stay there, and you can then show off your watch! I'm going to order the one with the brown one with the hood but contact them to ditch the hood and give me a stiff high collar on it instead.
