jmb Posted March 29, 2010 Report Share Posted March 29, 2010 Although I haven't used it on watch dials maybe check into some of the Testors sprays like Dull-Kote (sp?), etc. These are made to spray over finished plastic models. When building military models you need a glossy surface for decals to adhere to properly so you spray on a top coat when finished to dull it out.
