29 jewel Asian 7750 valjoux IWC Portugese

This "new improved" movement is now being shown by several dealers in the IWC Portugese. Forum members have long dealt with the seconds at 6 problem of the older, less jeweled (27?, 21? can't remember) movement, stating the transfer gear allowing seconds at the 6 o'clock position had no jewel and thus no lubrication, which caused the failure of the seconds at 6 function. Does anyone know if this new movement will fix this problem?

sad but true...a very very nice paperweight in the end if we just do not buy these watches the replicamakers will be forced to truly improve them (have no idea if thats really possible) or simply give it up to the Frankens to solve

Thats is truly a happy story.....but directly out of the box from the dealers these are very risky items IMO
