Yes and no.

There was a blue sub made just for Japan.

If I recall, the blue color was a bit more gray but I have only seen one picture.

Is there such thing as a black OR white dial, blue bezel? That might be interesting.

Linder's pic is of the old 1680 w/ the blue dial and the blue bezel- note the flat-top three and 660ft=200m.

This was made for the Asian market in the 70's.

There are no genuine modern/16610 iterations of this watch that exist.

TUDOR made a blue sub, IIRC it was available in sapphire during it's last few years before it was replaced with the Hydronaut.

This may be a plexiglass model pictured above. I was obsessed with it, but never bought one.
