Indyclmbr Posted March 22, 2006 Report Posted March 22, 2006 The TRS that Nanuq had offered as a prize for solving the riddle he posted to earn Powermax arrived, along with lots of other Alaska goodies. All I can say is I'm now hooked on the vintage models. I have enjoyed wearing the watch with the personalized Nanuq service. It looks great! Just wanted to publicly say thank you to Nanuq. It was a fun challenge. Climb on! I'll get wrist picks up tomorrow!

Guest HeWhoIsLikeGod Posted March 22, 2006 Report Posted March 22, 2006 Still waiting on those pics are you trying to kill us with suspense?
Indyclmbr Posted March 22, 2006 Author Report Posted March 22, 2006 Hey, my apologies for no pics yet. Grabbed the camera this morning, but my two year old had drained the batteries. Here's a shot of it that Nanuq took and posted a while back. This watch has great character. I love it. The bezel pearl is missing-just adds to the overall look of the watch. Still waiting on those pics are you trying to kill us with suspense?
yt74 Posted March 23, 2006 Report Posted March 23, 2006 Holy smokes, who let THAT guy in here?!!! NOW THATS FUNNY!
Guest Carl Posted March 23, 2006 Report Posted March 23, 2006 WOW It looks great! Did it spend a few hours in a rock tumbler?
porschespeedster Posted March 23, 2006 Report Posted March 23, 2006 damn. that may be one of the coolest watches I've ever seen on a forum! how does one get a dial and hands to look like that? I've beaten up various cases and crystals from everyday use, but that dial and hands...wow. i like. take your watch bouldering-
