@ F333, the date progression is the same, the Rolex will not fit in an ETA, but it makes a perfect overlay when used with the proper ETA movement/case combination.

it was a pretty easy fit as stilty mentioned; 2836 datewheel, sand down the disk thats on there, glue on the overlay

was actually the hardest part for me; i had 30min epoxy and needed that amount of time to get the line-up just right.. so glad i spent that amount of time and effort on DW orientation now though, as it would have bugged the hell out of me if it was just out
