PJKITEFLYER
Recent sale of a gen Debaufre has given me some spare change and I'm looking to buy a (rep) GMT Master2 Pepsi ETA movement. Does it really matter which 'trusted' dealer I buy from? Examples: Watch International http://www.watch-international.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=21_26&products_id=701&zenid=86be25c439b8ec99b25aedc454cf6c4f Watcheden http://www.watcheden.com/rolex-gmt-master-ii-swiss-eta-2836-movement-blue-red-updated-version-bi-directional-bezel-i-17927-p-1.html Or should I go with Andrews which 'apparently' (according to his site) will be quality inspected and waterproofed. http://www.yourtrustytime.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_5&products_id=249&zenid=4b1c4cf12afc72601a09150d1d0c2bd4 I'm thinking other than Andrews perks there probably isn't a difference in these pieces. Advise anyone, anyone? Thanks in advance Edited October 18, 2010 by PJKITEFLYER
JoeyB
I'd recommend Mary at Watch International. To my knowledge she uses the same factory, and it's the same watch as Andrew's. Just email her wit a picture of the watch you want from any site. She will give a better price to members here, and she will do her own inspection and Quality Control, and send you pics of the exact watch you'll get. Because of her service she is very busy, so a little patience is suggested.

TeeJay
I'd say go with WatchEden, so that's one vote for each dealer To answer your question, no, it doesn't matter, I'm sure they all have access to the same stock...
Dizzy
I wouldnt pay for the "waterproofing" unless it was from a modder like BK or a smaller dealer that actually works on watches. The big guys and the drop shippers dont have much control over what goes out. dizz
