Chromalite or Superluminova ?

Does anyone know the difference in Chromalite and superluminova.

I know the gen DS uses Chromalite but I cant decide which to use on mine.

I understand the Chromalite lasts longer but with less intensity than the Superluminova, is that correct?

Are there any other differences that someone might know
