This one is kind of unique as it has a clear case back. Given this piece and the limited Navi with B1 movement, Breilting is starting to show off their in house work! If you are going to make a LE piece, make is special that will make me feel good about laying down another $1 or $2K for it. Just don't make the hands red and dress the case up.
