Best way to attach chrono hands?

ok thanks.

another question i have is; when I remove the hands, is that little cylindrical metal bit supposed to stay on the little spike or on the hand?

I ask because those stayed on the spike the first time I took them off, and I just sort of forced the hands on top of them when I went to replace it.

The tube is supposed to stay on the hand. I put a little Rodico on the tip of the small flat tip on my hand presser so the hand will stick to it and it's then very easy to press it onto it's post.

hehe no rodico unfortunately. Guess i'll just use a bit of masking tape

If you have a local "Hardware Store" (i.e. Ace Hardware), go pick up some "Blu Tack", or other putty type adhesives safe for drywall.

I have also used the adhesive side of a "Post It Note", to move the hand to the post.
