UPO swiss eta...rotorless?

So today I received my first good rep...the new UPO swiss ETA...

Now, I'm not sure if it's suppose to be like this, but usually in my automatic watches that I have owned in the past they had a rotor which you could "feel" spinning when you would strike the watch against your hand.

When I try this one I can't feel it. Is this expected?

Technically, you shouldn't feel anything.. This means that your rotor is nice and balanced! If the watch is working, then nothing is wrong..

Secondly.... you shouldn't be "striking" your rep at all with your hand. A gentle shake should do it

Isn't it a good sign that you've got a smooth and noiseless movement? And another thing - your new movement is bi-directional that means that is winds in both directions, therefore it won't free wheel when you flick it. If your others automatics has been cheaper ones (or 7750s), I think this is why you get an other "feel".

Once my ETA rotor spun so heavily that the momentum caused me to strike someone in the head while I was dancing... The court didn't believe me so I had to call a watchsmith and a physicist to give expert evidence.
