mir36
This weekend marked the start of my holiday, and I spent it finishing some old-school Ross dials which have been sitting in my parts box for a while. All the indices were filled with clear 5 minute epoxy. After a few attempts at making dials with off-white or yellowish backgrounds I decided I really prefer them heavily patinated. It takes alot of patience to keep reworking the indices to remove the air bubbles. I gave up after the 6th try. Here they are: The MM variants: The LPs: And finally the heavily patinated RP modeled after one pictured in the Vintage bible. Thanks for looking. cskent69
First - these dials are beautiful. Second - can you tell me which dial goes with with watch? I obviously note the differences between these two "2's" - but what goes to what. Does the one on the right go to the Angelus movements or something?
