The Sage Posted January 13, 2011 Report Posted January 13, 2011 I'm planning a BMK based 1665 build and as this is being done for me in a far away land the only part I'm not sure about and need some opinionss on is the standard dial. Cheers

There are many threads detailing the dial's issues that you can search out, so I am not going to rehash it yet again here. For the money, it is probably your best bet. If you are willing to spend $300+ for something better (though still not perfect), check out the dial offerings from here, here or here.

This is going to be a keeper and a daily wearer so not even sure I should have it aged or just let it "Grow old gracefully"? The build I'm thinking of is for a "Double Red": MBK case and bracelet MBK or Ingod dial ETA 2846 Clark hands Clark crystal PMWF insert Ofrei pearl Gen crown Wholesaleoutlet990 tube I think that's the long and short of it?
