Mickey Padge
I like them, but are they accurate?
txcollector
I like them, but are they accurate? The open caseback is awful. Not only the caseback is incorrect but the movement is just pitiful. I don't get the factories. The 45mm Classic Fusion without date has a closed caseback. Why not rep those? chefcook
They could have taken the asian 2892 as the gen uses a 2892, too. The gen really is stunning, but the rep is nothing I'd spend a single cent on...
geo1nah2a
For lack of a full review (that I will be posting soon), here is a pic of the H CF AB that I received a few days back
hascho
What a pity. Its a nice watch indeed, but the Gap between Case and strap is a very noticeable flaw..
txcollector
Angus is coming with new models for this with a much improved movement.
txcollector
What a pity. Its a nice watch indeed, but the Gap between Case and strap is a very noticeable flaw.. I'm not sure what you mean. You may be talking about some of the larger HBBs that have this issue over time, not this one.
hascho
I mean this One for sure, read his full review on an other forum. There is a noticeable gap which is Not presented on the Gen... In my Eyes its simple to spot...
geo1nah2a
Let me try to clarify. This is the big CF, full ceramic bezel/case/back. The strap indeed has a small gap(1mm) on either sides of the lug cover. Barely noticeable when on the wrist since the strap is pulled up, closing the gap a bit, and with the all black theme it is really hard to point out. (the case showing behind the gap is black in this model, and masks it) I plan to order either a GEN strap or one of the new Gummy Croc straps that have been released with the CF from the other factory (they are PVD case, but have a correct caliber/auto winding wheel). There are other minor flaws, but for such a less known model and with so many different GEN versions coming out, I couldn't care less It wears light, slim, looks great, mirror shine alternates with the brushed bezel / lug covers, caliber is running almost COSC@28800VPH. It really captures the essence of the H CF all black. I couldn't be happier with it. Mind you, I have tried a few times the GEN. My only fear is that the wife might like it, and she will grab it Better scenario, I will be ordering a rose gold version for her
geo1nah2a
PS: This is what usually the CF AB looks like on your wrist. A true all black watch..
Mosh
Wow these look really nice. I love the rose gold version. What is the size of the watch?
