OGM
Hi, I already posted it on replica-watch-guide, but your opinion is welcome. first of all... sorry for bad pics, took from ipod... I bought a seamster on ebay that was supposed to come with boxes and paper, but boxes seems fake!? What do you think... Watch seems real as I opened it and saw the 1120 caliber... But than, when I look in the post box I saw a note that with "no luck" inscribed... May it be a franken... who will spend money to put a real 1120 in a fake case... Any way, I wait for you opinion Edited January 27, 2011 by OGM
ubiquitous
May it be a franken... who will spend money to put a real 1120 in a fake case... It's been done... In fact, I know a couple of people who have done that exact movement swap...
By-Tor
Difficult to tell from those pics. They're a bit blurry. But you can compare your watch to my gen here. LINK. Post better pics in better lighting and I can tell for sure.
Whatever123
No luck? I don't get it... why should the guy tell you it's fake? That's strange... Can't tell from the pics, too blurry. Movement is gen for sure.
Guest Sql_pl
Does your serial on the watch and on the movement match the one from warranty card/pictograms?
marrickvilleboy
Looks genuine to me. 25318000 is the model number for that watch - 1120 is the movement type so all you have to do is check to see if the serial ont he back on the watch matches the card. simple math
kramerica2
It's actually quite a common scam these days. You buy a rep watch (with or without a box) and a gen. You put the gen in the rep box (or sell it without the box), and then sell the rep with gen box and papers. Anytime you buy a gen at the bay, or forum boards, you might end getting a rep. BTW, I have both rep and gen boxes, and the rep is quite good. You can tell the difference if you know what to look for (like in rep watches), but most people that own a gen will pass it as gen box and papers. OGM
Hi guys, I took pics with a real camera. I also have a rep from silix. You will be able to see differences on some pics. s/n on case and mvt and cards is the same. But no info original on AD store on warranty cards. I went to AD to compare the box... It's a fake on, cards and watch looks real At least I got real watch fake box packeg instead of real box fake watch... Rep bottom case higher and screw Edited January 28, 2011 by OGM
