Kal Vilmer Posted January 31, 2011 Report Posted January 31, 2011 Hello!!! Well i didn't get the Pasha, cuz my wife (it's a gift from her) likes the Riviera's better. So....i know there's a review of a Riviera pinned on this same forum but alas, it's from an "apprentice" dealer. Wanted to know if anybody here has bought one? This is the one i'm getting. Anywho, another question, should i order it now or wait until the weekend when Chinese holidays are concluded? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h5B0osH1REw Thanks Paco
chronoluvvv Posted February 1, 2011 Report Posted February 1, 2011 had one for a while with a Chief'd out crystal incredible to look at and ran just as well the crown being glued to the tube was highly unreliable though so SpeedyG spot-welded it for me the 2nd time around

Thanks! Paco
txcollector Posted February 1, 2011 Report Posted February 1, 2011 I've had one (white face) for years. Very accurate and reliable. I'd wait for then end of CNY. My package is just sitting there waiting to be moved to customs. No use.
chiman12 Posted February 1, 2011 Report Posted February 1, 2011 Because I bought a rep for the bracelet to put my gen (it came with the rubber strap), I had done a quick comparision and from what I can remember the rep was remarkably accurate. The slightest tells were that the case back engravings weren't as deep, the date wheel font was a little thin, and the bezel screw holes were just a fraction smaller. But a great rep...and build like a tank!!!

I didn't get it.

txcollector Posted February 2, 2011 Report Posted February 2, 2011 probably. The construction is very good and really hard to notice any differences from the gen.
