I think it’s about time i introduced myself.

Recommended Posts

I have been lurking the forum for quite a while now, since march last year infact.

So first I would like to thank everybody for all the knowledge You have shared during

this time. And I hope I will be able to contribute a bit myself in future.

My main interest is vintage watches and watch making, not replicas per se,

even though I own a couple. But I have found that the members level

of knowledge in watch makingis far superior here than on many of the forums

for genuine watches.

I have as a rule not to buy a watch that is so valuable I don’t dare to

service or restore it myself.

Unfortunately there are quite a few watches that I like that go far beyond

this limit and that’s where the replicas come in.

Reps I own are:

Rolex 5517 from trevor

Glashutte senator sixties also trevor.

Rolex Daytona from DW.

I have also built a Tudor snowflake 9401 with case from Yuki and a ETA 2776, and my project now is a Tudor 7032 from David.

I will post some pictures as soon as I got five posts under my belt (1 more to go I believe)

Cheers/Milgauss

I have no idea what caliber it is. but it seems to be a "modded" auto because You can wind it forever with out it becoming fully wound,
