On the date...today I am 5 years old

Cheers all,

today, 5 years ago I entered this forum....from all the forea there are, this is my home-base and I love to log in daily to read all the news posted over the night.

I consider myself a WIS.....so don´t ask me anything beside watches :pardon:

How many wise-interesting-swedes are we here on RWG-forum?

Maybe its about time we make a Swede Casserole!

Here is the recipe.

1 Simmer swedes in lightly salted water (in covered pan) for about 20 minutes or until tender.

Drain and mash or press through a sieve with a wooden spoon.

2 Add the flour and half the butter, stirring all the time,

then slowly beat in the cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.

3 Season to taste with salt,pepper,nutmeg and sugar.

4 Add the egg and pour the mixture into a well buttered oven proof dish.

Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on to, dot with reamaining butter and

bake in oven at 180c for about an hour, until the top is lightly browned.

Smaklig måltid!
