Making a screw head?

It's so bad it's actually funny. I recently got a screw bar for my straps, but the maker didn't put a screw head on it, so there is no way I can use my flat head screw driver. Can I still create the screw head? Thanks!

Sure, use a very fine saw blade made for metal, and go slow.

You need a jewelers saw or file...I have specific files just for cutting screw heads. Typically I will use my lathe rest as a guid to get it centered and cutting it square.
