BGGodwin
I saw on Andrew's site the other day there are preorders... I don't recall if there was a date accompanying it, though.

mambo
I would say the 005K due to its closed caseback is better ....
tessa
I would say the 005K due to its closed caseback is better .... why?
warpedpig
Why? Because the display caseback of the 177M showcases the cheap, low-beat 6497 movement, which is not accurate to the gen. Also, the finishing on the asian movements will never be quite as good as the gen. A closed caseback will hide these deficiencies, and in the case of the 005K, the caseback is accurately replicated as well. Not to knock the 177's, they are great watches in pretty much all respects, but if you're strictly concerned with accuracy, the 005K is the way to go. BUT the caseback engraving is way to shallow and it will only take a second to see if it is a fake pam that is the problem with the replicas that they ALWAYS miss something. DSN has deeper engraving but the rest is a lot worse than the Hublot factorypams.
mambo
But the shallow engraving on a 005K is probably something Jakob can fix if it bothers you ....
