+1 on the loctite

I put it back using a bit of loctite ...

Remove the tiny screw in the middle , ... once removed you can take out the bar which holds the strap

I sometimes wear my watch on the right-hand ( being right-handed myself )

IMHO OOB the 111M is better ( nicer crystal & superlume ) .... 111J has better dial & high beat movement :0 Good luck with your decision

I wouldn't recommend that one to be honest, .... prefer the one from DSN. This new ( H - factory ???? ) has too many flaws

My 005 also has a new high-beat ... from Getat Running just fine and is nice and quiet, my 177 has a 111J movement for the same reason.
