For High end panerai reps from reputable sellers, how long do these usually last considering good maintenance on the users side? lfovco Posted May 2, 2011 Report Share Posted May 2, 2011 When you get a new one, make sure you service it asap. My Swiss 6497 replica of Pam 111 has been running for 6 and half years really well. I had it serviced within a month of getting back in early 2005. My Swiss 6497 rep of Pam Black Seal has been running well since 2005 as well. And my IWC Ingenieur that I got in 2006 is also running really well. But my Asian Chrono PAM which was also serviced in the first year died 4 years later. The cost of another service did not make sense anymore since it's almost as much as buying another one. Servicing chronos is expensive. I ended up trashing it into pieces.
