tessa Posted June 8, 2011 Report Posted June 8, 2011 Hi just received my gen 3717 from Nik. Its Awesome however the second hand does not point straight to 12. It's very annoying . Is it easy to fix ?? Can i just bring to the watch smith?? I haven't reached Nik yet so maybe he should tell me what to do first but. I just don't want to send it away after just got it.
mrboombasteke Posted June 8, 2011 Report Posted June 8, 2011 He's now selling gens? I think the OP means it's assembled with gen parts.

MusicBiz Posted June 8, 2011 Report Posted June 8, 2011 "(letter! you sound like wife)" hahahahahahahhahaa
AsiadeCuba Posted June 8, 2011 Report Posted June 8, 2011 awesome watch... i see what you mean... it is a bit to the left... id wear it before i send it out... just let the chronos run so it doesnt look bad..
krustybrand Posted June 9, 2011 Report Posted June 9, 2011 A watchsmith could indeed easily remove and reset the chrono seconds hand for you.
gran Posted June 9, 2011 Report Posted June 9, 2011 . just let the chronos run so it doesnt look bad.. You cant be serious ...but I have heard this said many times before..to me it would appear a fake if it was running continously and it will probably not keep time well
Fi5herman Posted June 9, 2011 Report Posted June 9, 2011 Had the same situation when my 3717 came back from a watchsmith. I just took it to another local watchsmith. It should be an easy fix and I got it back in an hour.
rckh Posted June 9, 2011 Report Posted June 9, 2011 Nice watch! wear it in good health! Regret your Chrono second hand. It's a very easy fix within 15 minutes by a watchsmith. BTW, would you mind next time reduce the size of the photos? They're too huge! Best Regards, Raymond
tessa Posted June 10, 2011 Author Report Posted June 10, 2011 just remove and reset the hand. Thanks i will but where is NIK?? I believe he his gone over to the dark side(RG) . I will try too contact him there..........
chad Posted June 11, 2011 Report Posted June 11, 2011 I am sorry, looks like a great watch. It's a real shame he is so hard to reach these days with people spending thousands of dollars on these watches. The guy spent alot of money to get a watch that was assembled sloppily. Answer his emails.
AsiadeCuba Posted June 11, 2011 Report Posted June 11, 2011 Well that's why you have to go gen when you spend big!
