Will a gen sub insert fit on a noob Sea Dweller?

To be clear, I have a 16610 gen insert. Will it fit a noob 16600?

Help appreciated!

You will need to sand the radius and back side of the gen insert. This obviously needs to be done very carefully, and in small steps....test fitting over and over.

There are several tutorials on the forums about this topic. Search for them, and you might want to practice with rep inserts first.

A genuine insert to me...makes the watch and is a must do mod for almost all my watches.

Good luck! Post pics when your done.

Are you suggesting it would fit if sanded down? I have seen the tutorial which speaks of a SD insert on an SD... Are you saying, a little more sanding for a sub insert to fit on a SD?

Honestly I didn't realize that what you were getting at, sub vrs sd insert.

I own a few of both gen inserts, and I don't know there is a difference. Someone can come along and enlighten us?
